The IBREA Foundation and Brain Education TV cordially invite you to our first ever collaboration pop up event!

We are delighted to host our ONE NIGHT ONLY experiential Brain Education pop up as a fundraiser party in support of women and under-served children in Harlem.

Come join us for an evening of play with brain-based games, meditations, exercises, and exhibits based on Brain Education.

WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION?
Brain Education is a mind-body training system for developing the brain’s capacity to create physical, emotional, and mental health. It’s a 5-step method developed by meditation expert, Ilchi Lee, that uses a combination of yoga, meditation, tai chi, and visualization techniques from Eastern energy philosophy and Western neuroscience.

ABOUT THE IBREA FOUNDATION
The IBREA Foundation is a 501(c)3 NGO having Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), whose mission is to bring holistic brain-based wellness to communities around the world using Brain Education. IBREA’s main project is with students and teachers in El Salvador, providing its training as a way to reduce violence and create cultures of peace. They are also currently working with students in Harlem, NYC, to help them cope with stress and improve their well-being.

ABOUT BRAIN EDUCATION TV
Brain Education TV is a YouTube channel that provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. With emphasis on sharing stories and tips—Brain Education TV empowers youth to “take back their brain” and use it to create their own health, happiness, peace.

ALL THE ABOVE THREE WILL COME TOGETHER TO BRING YOU A NIGHT OF FUN, BRAIN-BASED LEARNING, MINGLING, AND COMMUNITY…!

EVENT DETAILS
All proceeds from this event will support the IBREA Foundation’s work for creating holistic wellness education in Harlem, NYC for youth and women in need.

Attire: Casual
Cover: $35 per person
All event guests will be provided food, refreshments, music, art, and 1 raffle ticket to participate in our raffle drawing for prizes. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
