Celebrate the completion of a major restoration to one of New York City’s oldest homes with all-day festivities at the Alice Austen House museum. Thanks largely to your votes, the Alice Austen House received a major grant from the American Express Partners in Preservation Program, a partnership of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the American Express Foundation, to make much-needed repairs to the woodwork and give the house a fresh coat of paint.
