“”The Bronx Museum of the Arts is pleased to host the show and exhibition Arte y Moda, organized by the Bronx Museum and the Cuban Association of Artisans Artists (ACAA). Now in its 12th year, the show Arte y Moda presents designers who create pieces of experimental fashion using recycled and non-conventional materials such as newspapers, shower curtains and bicycle parts. Arte y Moda is traditionally held at the National Museum of Fine Arts in Havana, Cuba and will be presented at the Bronx Museum as part of the Wild Noise / Ruido Salvaje series of public programs. Celebrate with us as we welcome the esteemed Cuban designers of Arte y Moda for a night of original fashion.””
