On Tuesday, October 1, 2013 the New York City Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will convene its 26th Annual Meeting, and bring together a distinguished panel of medical and scientific experts, moderated by Dr. Max Gomez, Ph.D., CBS 2 Medical Reporter, to tackle “Brain Mapping: Implications For Alzheimer’s Research.”

Among the discussion topics will be: What is brain mapping? Can it help us understand Alzheimer’s disease? What is the federal government doing to support brain mapping research and is it enough?
