Annual San Gennaro Feast in New York City’s Little Italy

Feast of San Gennaro takes place on Mulberry between Canal and Houston;
and Grand and Hester between Mott and Baxter. This festival has always been a favorite of yours truly as well as of so many other New Yorkers.
Annual Feast of San Gennaro, Food, games, rides, concessions, entertainment, parade, and religious procession at this well-loved festival in Little Italy. Indoor and outdoor dining at 35 of Little Italy’s most famous Italian restaurants. More than 300 licensed street vendors selling international foods, and souvenirs.
The street festivities – including parades, entertainment, food stands and a cannoli-eating contest – are capped on September 19th with a celebratory Mass and candlelit procession as the Statue of the Saint is carried from its permanent home in Most Precious Blood Church on Mulberry Street.
