    Festival is held on Avenue C (Loisaida Avenue) from East 12th to East 6th Streets.

    Community Carnival Parade & Pageant: 11:00 am
    Kick-off/Staging site: Avenue C and 12th Street at Dry Dock Park.

    This event is free to the public and family-oriented, therefore, no sale or promotion of alcohol and tobacco will be allowed.
