Begins at West 21st Street and surf Avenue in Brooklyn. Heads east to West 10th Street where it turns southward towards the Boardwalk.

Check In/Registration – Check in/Registration for floats, antique cars, and marchers is in the parking lot on Surf Avenue between 21st & 22nd streets from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
