“”The 24th Annual London Terrace Street Fair is Saturday, September 24th from 10 am to 5 pm on West 24th Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues. This is NOT your typical tube-socks-and-sausages affair. It is a genuine neighborhood event of mostly building residents and neighbors emptying out our closets and selling our stuff to each other on a leafy side street. It has developed a reputation as “the best little street fair in New York.” Vendors sell crafts, antiques, collectibles, art, housewares, books, vintage photographs, handmade cards, and much much more. There are a few food vendors as well and local charities and elected officials who set up tables to disseminate information and listen to constituents.””
