Just like last year there’ll be sets of events taking place at New York City’s Union Square Park located between midtown and downtown towards the east side of Manhattan (but closer to the middle).
First Round of the Fitness Schedule runs from 7:00 am – 10:00 am
Featuring
Yoga at 7:00 am
Boxing HIIT at 8:00 am
Tai Chi at 9:00 am
Second Round of the Fitness Schedule : 5:30 pm – 7: 30 pm
Dance Cardio at 5:30 pm
Cardio HIIT at 6:30 pm
Paragon Sports Run Club at 6:30 pm
Sunset Yoga at 7:30 pm
