The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation announced the eight finalists in the competition to design a permanent memorial at the World Trade Center site. An exhibition will be on display at the Winter Garden at the World Financial Center starting November 19th. The Winter Garden is open to the public from 7 am to 11 pm daily.

New Yorkled of course was there to snap photos of the various designs which were displayed through archictectural models, signs, photos, and even multi-media displays. The Following list to the right contains the 8 finalists and you could click on each one to view a separate page filled with photos taken at the exhibit on this 19th day of November, 2003.
