Founded in 1961, this museum's collections, workshops and exhibitions focus mainly on American culture as expressed through folk art. On had as well is their Library, Book and Gift Shop. This museum gives visitors a glance and chance to experience 18th and 19th Century paintings, quilts, sculptures as well as the work of contemporary self-taught artists.
