Being the first museum to devote its entire collection to
modern and contemporary art, its collection of over 100,000
come in different mediums. These are: Architecture and Design,
Drawings, Film and Video, Painting and Sculpture, Photography
as well as Prints and Illustrated books.
Also available at the Museum is its library with over 200,000
items, as well as the Museum Archive and Photographic Archive
which contain documentation and images.
