Explore The High Line With An Expert
 
Friends of the High Line’s Sunday walking tours offer an insider’s perspective on New York City’s park in the sky
 
This fall, Friends of the High Line will offer a series of public, guided walking tours every Sunday, beginning on Sunday, September 27 at 2:00 PM, on Section 1 of the High Line, Gansevoort Street to 20th Street, in New York.  These hour-long walks provide the opportunity to explore New York City’s newest park, built on an elevated former freight-rail trestle. Led by Friends of the High Line’s full-time staff, members of the High Line’s design team, architectural historians, and others, each tour offers a unique perspective on the High Line’s history, planning, design, horticulture and many other subjects. Scheduled tours are as follows:
 

 
Taking place along Section 1 of the High Line: Gansevoort Street to 20th Street. RSVP for exact meeting location.
Sundays this fall, beginning September 27 at 2:00 pm
$10 for the general public
$5 for Friends of the High Line members
