River Walk - 63rd St - past 110th St - Take a stroll along the
East River and get some nice views of the Queensboro Bridge &
Roosevelt Island and rest along the way on any of its many benches.
Along the way is John Jay Park and Carl Schurz Park at the end of
which is Gracie Mansion (home of our Mayor).

Cooper-Hewitt,
National Design Museum - 5th Ave/91st St - $8 Admission/less
for students and seniors - the only museum in the United States devoted
exclusively to historical and contemporary design. It's housed in
the former mansion of Andrew Carnegie and is one of the Smithsonian's
museums and a landmark. Free admission for members of the Smithsonian
Institution.
Central
Park - 59th - 110th St/5th Ave - Central Pk West - This park speaks
for itself. NYC's Green Oasis! A must for any out of towner to visit.
You could spend an entire afternoon walking through all its lawns,
paths, bridges and more...and yet, never see even half of what's there.
'hehe, almost like Disneyland, minus the rides and goofy costumes.
