The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum celebrates the 28th annual Fleet Week, to be held from May 25–May 31, 2015.  Fleet Week is America’s premier tribute and “thank you” to the men and women who serve in the armed forces. Fleet Week activities at the Intrepid Museum are proudly supported by Coca-Cola.

Fleet Week activities will be held inside the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum and on Pier 86 (46 Street and 12 Avenue, Manhattan).  Events on the pier are free and open to the public; events in the Museum are free with Museum admission.

Throughout the week, the Museum will offer family-friendly activities, displays and demonstrations from our partners including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, American Red Cross, American Legion and more.  In collaboration with Prohibition Productions, daily big band performances and swing dancing reminiscent of the WWII era will take place on the Pier. On select days, U.S. Naval Academy Yard Patrol boats will be docked at Pier 86 and open for free public tours. Intrepid Museum staff will offer daily workshops and demonstrations including a pop-up planetarium and themed Tour Guide Talks.
