Marcia S. Cohen received her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1984. Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, she has practiced almost exclusively in the area of labor and employment law with a concentration in employment discrimination and sexual harassment. She became a certified mediator in 1990 and a certified arbitrator in 1995. She has been a guest lecturer on U.S. civil rights, employment discrimination law and gender equality, and has served as Legal Counsel to the Florida chapter of the National Organization for Women.
