Although we've been to the Adirondacks two to three times a year for the past 8 years we're sorry to say that we've been up there only twice during the Autumn season. Every year during the Fall Season we'll sit with great anticipation of the foliage to come. Funny thing is, New York City's colors don't really change until the weeks at the tail end of October and the beginning of November. So it's with frustration that plans are often made to escape to the Adirondacks. Plans which unfortunately rarely see the light of day. LOL. You see, the colors at and around the Adirondacks can hit peak as early as the first week of October. 'and I've gotta say, it's really beautiful up there. If any of you have been in the Lake Placid, Wilmington, WhiteFace Mountain area at that time of year then you'll know of which we speak. Heck, even further down around Lake George it can get pretty gorgeous.
So it's with a bit of delight that we share the images we've shot for your perusal.
Note that there'll be more to come on this subject. :-)
