"The best place to take pictures is the front deck, unless you come early and secure a water-side seat on the top deck. It's sometimes hard to hear the tour guide's narration from the front deck. Great views of Manhattan, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, etc. Definitely worth the full 3-hour cruise if you have the time."
